Han Pan Gui refers to the tradition of grilling meat on a large Iron Lid (sotddukkeong) enhancing meat with a juicy and tender flavour from evenly distributed heat. This traditonal cooking method guarantees unique flavour of meat!
We, at OBBa Jjajang, Singapore’s top Korean restaurant, are confident in bringing that same taste to life. No need for you to grill the meat yourself – we’ll prepare everything in its most delicious state, so all you have to do is relax and enjoy! Now, let’s take a look at the menu, shall we?
